FAQ

FAQ

  • Where are you located?

I primarily work online. Therefore, it’s more important where you are.If you are in Arizona, New Mexico, or Missouri, we can work together.

  • How long is a typical session?

Good question! Most therapists meet for a maximum of 55 minutes. In contrast, I want to give you as much value as I can, so we meet for a full 60 minutes. We then take a few minutes to recap our conversation and discuss what you want to accomplish when we meet again.

  • How do I make an appointment? The best is to use my booking app at https://goddessarchetypecode.com/book

  • What is a free 20-minute consultation?

You make an appointment with me to figure out if we are a good fit for therapy. It’s a little bit like an interview – we address your concerns and questions for me, and I ask you questions. After our chat, we decide if we want to start sessions.

  •  Do you accept insurance?

    No

  • How do I pay?

I accept all major credit cards, cash, or checks at the time of service.

  • Do you work with women from diverse cultures, ethnicities, and religions?
Definitely! Women from all cultures experience mental health issues and deserve to be supported.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

Oh, yes, life happens! For ordinary cancellations, I require a 24-hour notice. Otherwise, you will pay the full fee.Of course, in the event of catastrophic illness, accidents, or acts of God, this will not apply.

  • How long will I be in therapy?

This is a good question! Therapy lasts as long as you want it to last.

  • Can I come back for a refresher?

Yes, you may feel like you’ve achieved goals and decide to end therapy, and then life throws a curveball. You are always welcome to dip back into therapy to address new concerns you may have.

  • Do you take notes?

Umm yes. Taking notes helps me focus on your needs.

  • What do you enjoy about being a therapist?

My joy is seeing transformation happen in my clients’ lives. Being a witness, helping individuals find purpose as they take steps toward what has meaning and reconnect with their authentic self, is fantastic. OMG, could there be anything more satisfying?
